About the position

As a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative at Stryker, you will work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products that meet our customers' needs. You will become the resident Foot & Ankle expert, working with a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals. Your role will involve organizing materials and sorting possible solutions quickly during operating room consultations, managing and maintaining your inventory of products, and providing advice and training on products and tools used to save lives. You will be driven by the mission to change lives through healthcare, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to meet customer needs.
  • Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Organize materials and sort solutions during operating room consultations.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of products meticulously.
  • Provide advice and training on products and tools to surgeons.
  • Drive sales with a focus on changing lives and improving healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience Preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product demonstration techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and databases.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
  • Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
  • Ability to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours.
  • Adhere to compliance and ethical standards.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in surgical sales.
  • Familiarity with competitor products and market positioning.
