About the position
The Food Service Worker position is a fast-paced customer service position. This role involves various responsibilities related to food service and customer interaction, particularly within the environment of Grinnell College.
Responsibilities
- Replenishing, maintaining, and cleaning food venues
- Preparing student orders at a Marketplace venue under the direction of a culinary staff member
- Refilling beverage dispensers with milk or juices and/or the ice cream machine
- Assisting the dish room during busy times
- Interacting with the diverse student population of Grinnell College.
