Responsibilities
- Prepares and assembles meals according to dietary prescriptions and patient preferences.
- Operates the register according to established procedures, including closing out and depositing correctly.
- Cleans and sanitizes all food service equipment and workstations.
- Performs routine sanitation tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal.
- Completes and maintains documentation for dishmachine temperatures, chemical logs, food temperatures, and pantry supplies.
- Posts menu boards and signage as assigned.
- Prepares and serves food accurately following menu and portion guides.
- Stocks food stations with necessary supplies and inspects china for cleanliness.
- Delivers and picks up food trucks according to schedule and delivers Child Care meals as assigned.
- Adheres to proper food handling methods as required by regulations and guidelines.
