The Food Pantry Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Food Pantry, including maintaining adequate inventory, managing team members, coordinating and overseeing volunteers, maintaining accurate records, submitting reports, coordinating pantry inventory audits, overseeing and reporting snow removal and minor groundskeeping, assisting clients and staff, and working with community partners to collect food donations. Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting direct reports in answering phone calls, assisting clients with registrations and check-ins, accepting incoming donations, ensuring the storeroom is stocked, assisting with compiling bags and boxes, supporting data entry, weighing distributed items, and other tasks/projects as assigned. The Food Pantry Manager must be able to maintain a professional relationship with all clients, community members, and staff.
