About the position
The Food & Beverage Supervisor at Hotel Indigo Atlanta Vinings is responsible for leading the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and service delivery. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage department, including menu development and staff oversight.
- Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menus and pricing structures.
- Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high performance standards.
- Implement and monitor operation schedules for food and beverage staff.
- Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- An associate degree in hospitality management preferred.
- 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision.
- Knowledge of national food and health safety regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and standard portion and plating standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred.
