About the position
We are a wholesale floral company seeking a dedicated Floral Picker/Packer Associate to join our team at our Milford, CT warehouse. This part-time position requires individuals who can assist with the picking and packing of floral products. The role is structured for three days a week, with the potential for increased hours during the busy holiday season. Typical working hours are from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pulling products from inventory, inspecting them for quality, and ensuring they are packed correctly for shipment to our customers. A basic knowledge of flowers is advantageous, as it will aid in the selection and handling of products. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to follow directions accurately. The work environment is fast-paced, and efficiency is key to meeting our customers' needs. Candidates must be prepared to stand and walk for extended periods and should be capable of lifting and moving heavy bundles and boxes. For those looking for additional hours, there are opportunities for afternoon deliveries, provided the candidate has a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Pulling floral products from inventory for packing.

Requirements
- Must have a valid Pallet Jack Certification.
- Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
