Responsibilities
- Able to arrange and wrap flowers
- Ability to merchandise department to increase sales
- Ability to maintain quality and freshness throughout department
- Assist customers with questions and offer product knowledge
Requirements
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Desire to constantly grow product knowledge of flowers, plants and other floral merchandise
- Detail-oriented
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening weekend and some holidays
- Previous floral experience
