The Flooring Design Consultant - Mobile Showroom role at Rite Rug involves working within mobile showrooms to assist customers in selecting flooring products. This position emphasizes building and maintaining customer relationships while promoting and selling a variety of flooring options. The role offers unlimited earning potential through a commission structure, allowing top performers to earn over $150,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Conduct sales to outside retail customers, B2B sales, and area realtors.
• Determine customers' needs and match them appropriately with our products.
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services.
• Take measurements for installation.
• Receive and process payments according to Rite Rug procedures.
• Follow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all flooring products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flooring experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Comfortable working with and learning computer systems.
• Eager to learn and grow.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Measure Square or RFMS Measure software.
