About The Position
Focused Post Acute Care Partners (FPACP) is seeking a Floor Tech to join their team at Focused Care at Waxahachie. FPACP is a company that emphasizes excellence in long-term care and has a recognition program called ROCKStar. The Floor Tech will be responsible for maintaining facility cleanliness, including buffing and waxing floors, and managing trash throughout the facility. This role works closely with the housekeeping and maintenance director.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in industrial floor care
Responsibilities
- Implement facility cleanliness
- Buffing and waxing floors
- Manage trash around the facility
- Notify the supervisor when supplies are needed
- Notify the supervisor when equipment is in need of repair
- Notify the supervisor when an area of the facility is in need of repair
