Floor Attendant
About The Position
Responds to customers reporting jackpots and determines if jackpot is valid. Obtains customer identification and completes appropriate forms. Ensures compliance with State of Florida gaming laws. Provides excellent customer service to slot players by answering questions about the machines and other general inquiries. Advises floor supervisors of any high level customer service issues. Works with cage cashiers to cash out jackpots. Is held accountable for accuracy and thoroughness to ensure accurate departmental records and reports. Assists other floor attendants as necessary. All other duties assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- At least 3+ years of previous customer service experience.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong team work skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
