About the position
Lyon Living is currently looking to fill a Floating Multi-Site Maintenance Technician position for our apartment communities located in South County, CA, which may include San Diego, CA. The Maintenance Technician ensures that the property community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the organization. Our teams work hard to maintain a culture that is conducive to creative thinking, empowerment, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident requests for maintenance
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
- Complete necessary repairs to building exteriors and common areas as assigned by Supervisor
- Complete Unit Turns
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repair
- Adhere to the company's safety program rules, attend safety meetings and perform all duties in a safe manner.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
- Required to work on-call duty, weekends and may be required to live on-site
- Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner
Nice-to-haves
- Trade School or Maintenance Training Program Preferred
- HVAC experience preferred but not required
- CPO preferred but not required
