About The Position

Requirements

Previous experience as a Security Officer of at least 2 years.
Familiarity with loss prevention techniques.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Reliably commute between 3 different site locations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks or hazards.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing detailed reports on incidents.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
Manage conflicts effectively, using de-escalation techniques when necessary.
