About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Marysville team. This role is part of the outpatient dialysis team, providing life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No prior dialysis experience is required, only a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. Dialysis experience is required for this role. The position offers a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training may occur at a clinic other than the home location. Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating
• Dialysis Experience is Required

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required
