Ensure aircraft airworthiness through the inspection and repair of all aircraft systems. This role involves developing skills to independently operate, inspect, repair, and replace aircraft system components. The mechanic will learn to evaluate and troubleshoot flight control rigging, aircraft structures, fuel, brake, environmental, and electrical systems after every flight in an efficient manner. They will also examine engine and propeller systems for normal operation, make adjustments, and identify the source of malfunctions by conducting engine runs. The position requires replacing or repairing faulty components, inspecting engine parts for wear or defects, and servicing aircraft systems as needed. The mechanic will work with the Quality Department to certify aircraft for Certificate of Airworthiness and adhere to a manufacturing schedule.
