About the position
As a Flight Attendant at JSX, you will be responsible for creating a simple, reliable, and joyful experience for customers while ensuring their safety. This role involves knowledge of cabin equipment, emergency procedures, and providing assistance to passengers as needed. You will work in a dynamic environment that includes day trips and overnights, contributing to a positive travel experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Create a reliable and joyful experience for customers.
- Ensure safety and proper use of cabin equipment and controls.
- Assist passengers during emergencies and evacuations.
- Participate in pre-employment and random drug testing programs.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to legally work in the US without requiring work sponsorship.
- Must have a current and valid passport.
- Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
- Minimum age of 21.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and fluency in English; a second language is a plus.
- Height requirement: must be between 5'0" and 5'8" without shoes.
