As a Support Teacher, you'll bring learning to life in a hands-on, dynamic environment, helping kids explore, imagine, and grow.
Responsibilities
- Inspire Young Minds: Spark joy and creativity in the early years of life through Primrose's Balanced Learning approach, which supports emotional, cognitive, social, and physical growth.
- Create a Safe Space: Ensure a safe, supportive environment by upholding child safety, health, and development standards-where kids can thrive and feel secure.
- Bring Fun into Learning: Implement engaging, interactive activities that encourage exploration, decision-making, and confidence-building.
- Nurture Growth: Use positive reinforcement to support each child's unique journey, helping them build self-esteem and learn valuable skills.
Requirements
- Early Childhood Experience: Ideally, you've worked with young children in a licensed program and understand their developmental needs.
- Physical Readiness: You're able to safely lift children up to 35 lbs and assist with cribs as needed for infants and toddlers.
