Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job‑related factors. Schedule: Friday through Tuesday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Hours subject to change depending on business needs)

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience preferred
High School Diploma is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
Ability to communicate and interface with many vendors, and corporate employees.
Ability to read and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply strict confidentiality rules to daily workload.
Ability to problem solve.
Proficiency in Windows applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent data entry skills including 10 key.

Responsibilities

Monitors, tracks and logs departure/arrival times, events, locations, etc. into OnTrac’s Traffic Management System.
Daily administration of fleet maintenance records and fleet invoices.
Ensures regulatory compliance.
Fields telephone calls.
Monitors and communicates any fleet maintenance issues impacting arrival or departure schedules.
Provides follow-up and updates.
Proactively takes action when trucks break down.
Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues.
Daily processing of fleet invoices.
Ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department.
Field telephone calls, file, and data entry.
Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet.
Provide feedback to Facility GM’s and Fleet department regarding invoice, maintenance, and compliance issues.
Provide excellent Customer Service to Internal and External Customers.
