About the position

The Fleet Manager at Chevrolet of South Anchorage is responsible for soliciting commercial fleet accounts and ensuring that all fleet sales deliveries meet high standards. This role involves developing local business relationships, presenting purchase terms to customers, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction while managing product knowledge and customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial fleet accounts and ensure high standards for fleet sales deliveries.
• Determine and present purchase terms to customers, assisting them in product selection.
• Develop and prospect local businesses for sales and service needs.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and eliminate any customer confusion.
• Ensure all cars are properly tagged with MSRP, ADM, Buyer's Guides, and Warranty Disclosures.
• Share product knowledge with the sales team and ensure accurate customer counts and logging of all customer contacts into Performance Dashboard.

• Basic mathematics skills for solving calculations.
• Basic computer skills for operational tasks.
• Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
