About the position

The Fitness Account Manager at Elevation Corporate Health is responsible for overseeing and managing fitness programs for a national senior living community operator. This role involves creating programming, scheduling, and fostering a strong company culture focused on integrity and trust. The manager will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Business Development Team to implement operational initiatives and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage client relationships for designated accounts.
• Create and update monthly/quarterly group exercise schedules.
• Execute the finalized program plan for 2025.
• Assist with the successful implementation of fitness programs.
• Train staff on fitness assessments and program execution.
• Create program materials and host calls with directors to execute programs.
• Update the MCEP with classes and program offerings.
• Create and update presentation topics and materials, including virtual presentations.
• Supervise and coordinate staff, including group exercise instructors and personal trainers.
• Recruit, interview, and hire fitness staff as needed.
• Ensure all paperwork and certifications for staff are current.
• Communicate sub/coverage protocols and approve check requests and timecards.
• Coordinate PT exams with the PT Coordinator.
• Teach group fitness classes and personal training as needed.
• Handle month-end reporting, including invoices and commissions.
• Participate in client meetings and communications.
• Update the platform for designated accounts and create marketing materials for them.
• Provide onsite presence during client and fitness center events.
• Coordinate onsite visits to various locations with the BD team.
• Complete 2 Elevation Live & Station offerings per month.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Personal training certification (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, or ACE) required.
• 2+ years of experience in teaching group fitness classes and personal training.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft and Google Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Group exercise experience and certification preferred.
• Nutrition coaching certification preferred.
