About the position

The Carbon County School District No. 2 is seeking a First Assistant (Head) Middle School Volleyball Coach for H.E.M. Jr./Sr. High School located in Hanna, WY. This position is essential for guiding and developing the middle school volleyball program, ensuring a positive and competitive environment for student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching the middle school volleyball team.
• Develop practice plans and strategies for the team.
• Promote sportsmanship and teamwork among players.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
• Ensure compliance with all district and state regulations regarding athletics.

Requirements

• Must be Wyoming Certified as a Coach in the area of sport or be able to become certified.
• Experience in coaching volleyball at the middle school level is preferred.
