About the position

Responsibilities
- Operate and care for a spray gun and lines.
- Prepare all components prior to finishing.
- Scuff/roughen surfaces in between coats.
- Color matching based off a control sample.
- Check coverage of finishes as proceeding through the finishing process.
- Ensure quality control for coating thickness, scuffing, and quality.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail when producing high-end finishes.
Requirements
- Five+ years of experience in finishing work.
- Ability to operate and care for a spray gun and lines.
- Experience in preparing components for finishing.
- Skill in color matching based on control samples.
- Knowledge of quality control processes for finishes.
