About the position

The Financial Solutions Specialist II at First Commonwealth Bank is responsible for enhancing the financial lives of customers and their businesses by delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Champion Operations and Compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, adhering to audit guidelines, and managing internal controls.
  • Grow Consumer Relationships by managing assigned top customers, utilizing marketing campaigns, and advocating for referral programs.
  • Deepen Consumer Relationships through onboarding, outbound calling, and identifying lending opportunities.
  • Engage in Personal Development by taking ownership of growth activities, increasing product knowledge, and participating in coaching.
  • Ensure a positive Customer Experience by living the company's mission, following customer service promises, and maintaining account integrity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems.
  • Current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
