The primary role of the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I - Registration Candidate is to acquire the necessary registrations and training to become a Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I. Primary responsibilities of FSA Stage I role, include: Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals; Conduct client reviews/presentations, including a review of investment goals and recommended products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, banking, and managed money solutions; Engage and share value proposition with customers in the lobby; Triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds; Participate in on-going training and interaction with the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Complex; Communicate effectively; Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment; Ability to adapt and seek solutions for clients in a fast-paced environment. The role is a bridge between banking and brokerage, therefore the FSA Stage I must have a general awareness of core banking and investment solutions.
