Responsibilities

• Assist clients with banking transactions, account management, and resolving inquiries.
• Conduct financial needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Process loan applications, credit card applications, and other financial products.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a secure and organized work environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience required.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
