Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of related experience in customer service or financial services.
• Working knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
• General knowledge of credit processing procedures and accounting practices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen and convey awareness of customer issues to find resolutions.
• Skill in organizing material and information systematically for efficiency.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Docusign, and PDF Exchange.
