Candidates hired into this role will begin their Sunward journey at a designated Talent Pool location, where they will receive training and gain hands-on experience for a minimum of six months. After this initial training period, individuals may be reassigned to other branch locations based on business needs and position availability. This role is a front-line member facing position that handles daily financial transactions, analyzes member’s needs, performs consultative selling for our financial products, and ensures a smooth onboarding and membership experience.
