About the position
The Financial Reporting and Automation Analyst at Winland Foods, Inc. is a key role within the Financial Shared Services (FSS) team, focusing on automation and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is responsible for managing automation projects, establishing financial metrics, and enhancing reporting processes through tools like Power BI and SAP. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Primary lead for automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Primary lead for all Power BI interfaces, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting
- Point of contact for all RPA as a service partner inquiries and deliverables
- Maintains agreement documentation, including setup and revisions
- Identifies and leads process improvement initiatives and additional reporting opportunities
- SAP Reporting Subject Matter Expert for OTC, P2P, RTR
- SharePoint Lead for OTC, P2P, RTR
- Conducts external research and learning to drive internal adoption of automation projects where ROI can be demonstrated.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent required
- Experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry preferred
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Vistex preferred
- Process improvement experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems using sound judgment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with a focus on high performance and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with business acumen
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams with advanced experience in Excel (formatting, formulas, macros)
- Demonstrates cooperation and collaboration in a team setting while maintaining the ability to work independently.
