About the position

This role primarily involves customer service interactions, including answering phone calls and making outbound calls to resolve patient accounts. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours of work per week, and offers partial remote eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial counseling assistance to patients or guarantors of patient accounts.
- Resolve outstanding hospital service balances through customer service interactions.
- Answer customer service phone line and make calls to customers regarding their accounts.
Requirements
- High School graduate with six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
