About the position

The Financial Analyst Consultant role at Aston Carter is a temporary position designed to support the organization during an employee's leave. This hybrid role requires the consultant to work onsite one day a week while allowing for remote work the remaining days. The position focuses on financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with an emphasis on collaboration with department leaders.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and analyze financial statements for three key groups within the organization
• Review expenses and ensure accurate reporting
• Conduct matrix reporting for operations
• Perform inventory reporting
• Field day-to-day questions from department leaders

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, including all functions and formulas
• Experience summarizing large data sets
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience and comfortability with consulting
