About the position
The Financial Analyst at Reunitus™ plays a crucial role in leading strategic financial, accounting, and analytical projects. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position collaborates with various teams to optimize financial systems and processes, providing insights that support business decisions and drive profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis focused on strategic business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Assist in preparing timely financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Build P&L reports for business units.
- Partner with business, operational, and technical teams to ensure key financial processes meet business needs.
- Evaluate financial systems and reporting to improve company profitability.
- Provide continuous support for NetSuite and related financial systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business decisions.
- Lead complex projects across business units using NetSuite.
- Conduct financial and market research to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst with strong accounting acumen.
- Expertise in financial ERP systems, ideally NetSuite.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes, ideally within NetSuite.
- Proven expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytical tools.
