About the position

The Virtual Financial Advisor at Citizens Wealth Management plays a crucial role in delivering personalized financial strategies to mass affluent clientele. This position focuses on growing client assets, retaining and acquiring new clients, and providing exceptional service and sales solutions in a virtual environment. The advisor will work closely with clients to analyze their financial situations and recommend suitable investment strategies, all while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized financial strategies to mass affluent clientele.
  • Grow client assets and retain new clients as the single point of contact for investment needs.
  • Analyze clients' investment needs to achieve sales growth goals.
  • Proactively seek ways to develop and expand client relationships.
  • Engage with customers virtually via phone and video to determine their investment needs.
  • Compare and evaluate possible investment options based on market conditions and client circumstances.
  • Strive to meet and exceed identified sales goals.
  • Participate in opportunities to expand knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Active Series 7, 66 (65 and 63), and life insurance licenses.
  • Established track record of top-ranked sales performance.
  • Experience with virtual and phone-based servicing and sales, ideally in financial or investment products.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements or environments.
