About The Position

The Finance Supervisor oversees day-to-day finance operations and provides hands-on leadership to support accurate financial reporting, operational efficiency, internal controls, and compliance activities within a fast-paced healthcare and business operations environment. This role partners closely with operational leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial processes, reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and effective decision-making support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Prior supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience within finance, accounting, healthcare finance, or business operations environments.
Experience supporting accounts receivable, reconciliations, audit activities, financial reporting, internal controls, or operational finance processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills with the ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing financial systems, reporting tools, dashboards, or operational business software.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily finance and accounting operations including accounts receivable, cash receipts, reconciliations, reporting activities, and transaction accuracy.
Prepare, review, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while analyzing trends, variances, and operational performance metrics.
Maintain internal controls, support internal and external audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and assist with discrepancy resolution activities.
Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, operational insights, reporting support, and process improvement recommendations.
Lead, coach, mentor, and support finance team members by assigning work, monitoring priorities, facilitating meetings, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables and action items.
