About The Position

This role is for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Finance Manager to provide advice and assistance to customers throughout the service experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to creating a cultivating environment for the team and a fantastic experience for the client. This is an opportunity to work at a state-of-the-art facility with a great work environment in Bethesda, Maryland. This is a two-brand operation with a strong mix of luxury and volume, meaning consistent deal flow, diverse credit profiles, and real earning potential. The Finance Manager will handle both high-end clients who expect a smooth, professional experience, and volume deals that require speed and structure.

Requirements

Proven experience in a finance role
Strong structuring ability across different deal types
Consistent performance in PVR and product penetration
Comfortable working both luxury and volume deals
Detail-oriented and efficient

Responsibilities

Handle both sides of the business - high-end clients who expect a smooth, professional experience, and volume deals that require speed and structure.
Structure deals across prime, subprime, and lease.
Tailor product presentation to the customer.
Ensure clean, efficient deal flow from desk to funding.
