About the position

The Finance team's goal is to be a trusted and collaborative partner to all the businesses and functional teams that we work with, bringing business acumen, financial expertise and insights to aid decision-making and deliver value to our stakeholders. We strive to generate value through providing specialist advice and making recommendations to optimize decision making, delivering transparent processes and implementing governance and controls to mitigate risk. This individual will be leading the consolidation of financial budgeting and forecasting efforts, variance analysis and financial reporting across Resmed's Residential Care Software business ('RCS'). S/he will partner with Finance Business Partners across the RCS business as well as the Head of RCS FP&A to provide insights and support 'optimal' business decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning of the Residential Care Software business.
  • Reporting on financial and operational metrics and analysis.
  • Creditor reporting and analysis.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions - diligence, modeling, integration.
  • Monthly internal analysis revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Lead monthly departmental budget reviews.
  • Partner with Accounting during close process to ensure accurate and timely close cycle.
  • Partner with Accounting on annual Audit to ensure proper preparation and an efficient audit.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis for GM, Head of Finance and other company leaders.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA highly preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis for SaaS company.
  • CPA preferred, public accounting experience preferred.
