About the position

The Finance Director for AMG Support will play a crucial role in managing and supporting various financial aspects of the organization. This includes overseeing payor contracting, physician compensation plans, incentive strategies, and physician practice reporting. The position requires a strong understanding of physician billing and financial accounting, ensuring that the financial operations align with the organization's goals and standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
  • An advanced degree (e.g. MBA/MHA) is strongly preferred
  • Extensive financial management experience in leadership positions for practices with greater than 15 physicians, preferably in a medical group environment
