This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. This person will work closely with Finance Managers, Corporate FP&A, and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, innovation, and discipline to the Infrastructure Finance team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, critical thinker who understands different perspectives and translates data-driven insights into thoughtful solutions. Equally important will be the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels, fostering an environment of mutual respect and open communication, while also balancing attention to detail with the need for timely progress.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Financial or Analytics related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related
- Experience building data-driven analyses and synthesizing in a cohesive, impactful narrative
- Adept at building relationships with people across all levels and many functions
- Experience with Financial systems (e.g. Essbase, SAP), dashboard reporting tools (i.e. Tableau) and SQL
- Proven experience to work independently with limited guidance, across multiple time zones (PST, EST, GMT, IST, AEST) with both Finance and key cross functional business partners
- Experience managing multiple workstreams end to end along with experience working across multiple business units
