About the position

The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager coordinates all activities regarding finance and insurance for our valued customers, which includes working to help customers obtain financing, preparing all associated documentation, and selling extended service contracts and additional protection products. He or she ensures all deals are done in a timely manner and according to all legal requirements and dealership policies. The F&I Manager will be responsible for preparing and ensuring the accuracy of legal documents, selling products and services to new and used vehicle customers, and enhancing the customer experience while achieving maximum profitability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities regarding finance and insurance for customers.
• Assist customers in obtaining financing.
• Prepare all associated documentation for financing.
• Sell extended service contracts and additional protection products.
• Ensure all deals are completed in a timely manner and comply with legal requirements and dealership policies.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of legal documents.
• Sell products and services to new and used vehicle customers.
• Enhance the customer experience while achieving maximum profitability.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Two or more years of finance and insurance experience.
• Positive attitude and confident personality.
• Professional appearance.
• Strong business acumen and sales aptitude.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to deliver world class customer service.
