Finance Analyst III - Medicare

Position Purpose: Compile and analyze financial information for the companies Medicare Business. Lead various financial project through Business Process Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop new reports as well as updating pre-established reports, collaborating with finance leaders and internal stakeholders
• Support financial projects by analyzing situations, identify problems and develop solutions
• Develop integrated revenue/expense analysis, projections, reports, and presentations
• Identify trends and developments and present findings to management
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in managed care, specializing in financial analysis
• Process improvement and documentation
• Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Create Excel Dashboards using functions like, SUMIFS, INDEX and MATCH, INDIRECT
