Field Technicians are equipped with company vehicles and tools, and they play a crucial role in connecting customers to services by installing and troubleshooting equipment in both residential and business settings.

Responsibilities

• Connect customers by installing service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Utilize electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair customer service issues.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer's premises.
• Proactively suggest upgrades to existing services and educate customers on their equipment.
• Take on additional duties to support the company's purpose and values.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to listen to customers and present solutions.
