Responsibilities

  • Install and repair services for residential customers.

  • Perform installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades.
  • Complete reconnects as trained.
  • Work independently in various outdoor conditions using hand tools.
  • Provide world-class customer service during daily interactions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude.
  • Ability to use computer and software applications.
  • Proficient in measuring distances accurately using measuring tape.
  • Experience working with hand tools.
  • Strong communication and professionalism skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and reliability.
  • Ability to interpret analytics from meters and handheld devices.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
