Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments with custodians of records
  • Digitize documents and enter them into our system
  • Keep our database spotless with real-time updates
  • Sort and process mail
  • Answer calls from clients and custodians with professionalism and care
  • Create detailed status updates through data entry
  • Prep records for shipment
  • Coordinate with other departments to solve issues and keep clients happy
  • Ensure every order is processed, tracked, and documented accurately
  • Retrieve mail from our PO Box
  • Pitch in on special projects and other tasks as needed
