This role will oversee and supervise job sites for the installation and maintenance of manufactured/mobile homes, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently. The Field Superintendent will collaborate with subcontractors and management to confirm the accurate installation of mobile home units, maintain regular communication with subcontractors, homeowners, and management to provide daily progress updates, and perform miscellaneous maintenance repairs and punch list items prior to PFI. Training will be provided.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills are required.
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive approach to work.
  • Must be proficient in performing various home repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Must have all basic hand tools needed to perform miscellaneous maintenance repairs and punch list items.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid auto insurance.
  • Must have a reliable truck and be willing to drive a personal vehicle from one job site to another daily.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in construction or manufactured housing is preferred.
  • Experience with project coordination and subcontractor oversight is preferred.
  • Customer service experience or a related background is preferred.
  • HVAC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise job sites for the installation and maintenance of manufactured/mobile homes, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and management to confirm the accurate installation of mobile home units.
  • Maintain regular communication with subcontractors, homeowners, and management to provide daily progress updates.
  • Perform miscellaneous maintenance repairs and punch list items prior to PFI.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general home maintenance to support jobsite needs.
