The Field Service Technician role at Vivint Smart Home involves providing expert-level installation and services of smart home technology. Technicians will maximize their earning potential through service and installation appointments, while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level installation and services of smart home technology.
- Maximize earning potential by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue.
- Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both the technician and customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act with honesty and integrity.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Sales experience in car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, or call center experience.
- Field technician experience in cable installation, internet installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, or as a solar technician.
- Clean driving record and valid license.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment as well as independently.
