The Field Service Organization (FSO) is responsible for supporting the upgrade, implementation and maintenance of highly technical Communications Systems at customer locations throughout the West Region. This role involves providing technical support for specialized systems and product applications, including advanced troubleshooting of software-driven electronics, provisioning of communication system infrastructure, and performance optimization of RF and Broadband architecture. The technician will maintain, optimize, test, and document complex communications systems, perform preventative maintenance, and develop solutions to technical problems. Responsibilities also include the removal and installation of Fixed Network Equipment (FNE) and mobile communications equipment, accurate reporting of work performed, and proper care of company assets and test equipment. A strong knowledge of wired communications systems (LAN/WAN), computer network installation, configuration, and maintenance is required.
