About the position

As a Field Technician at DISH, you will play a crucial role in delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to customers across the country. This position focuses on providing a world-class customer experience by educating and connecting customers with innovative smart home technologies. You will be the face of DISH in customers' homes, ensuring satisfaction and simplifying their lives through expert installation and consultation services.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers.
• Educate customers on smart home possibilities and services.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during installations.
• Consult homeowners on their smart home options.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and meet individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates and weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license in the state of employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
