Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and other machinery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer retention.
- Conduct root cause analysis for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Operate a motor vehicle to travel to various accounts, spending approximately 30% of the day in transit.
- Provide on-call coverage, which may include weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of electronics, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot using root cause analysis.
- Moderate working knowledge of appropriate tools and service needs.
- Proficient in laptop and cell phone technology, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance; must own a reliable vehicle with at least 50 cubic feet of cargo space.
Nice-to-haves
