The Field Package Sales Marketing Agent plays a crucial role in promoting Capital Vacations ownership by engaging with potential consumers at various events and locations. This position requires the agent to travel to different venues, where they will set up and dismantle booths and display materials to effectively showcase the company's offerings. The agent is expected to interact with attendees, generate leads, and sell vacation packages in alignment with company policies and training. This role is essential for driving sales and enhancing brand visibility in targeted demographic areas. In addition to the physical setup and breakdown of promotional materials, the Marketing Agent must maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's programs, services, and resorts. This knowledge is vital for effectively communicating with potential customers and addressing their inquiries. The agent will implement and rotate promotional concepts to meet or exceed production goals, adhering to the company-approved script while also striving to surpass lead generation and sales targets. The position demands a proactive approach, as the agent will be responsible for identifying and targeting demographic locations and events that yield the highest potential for leads and sales. Utilizing innovative techniques and adhering to brand design protocols are key components of this role. The Marketing Agent will also be required to complete all necessary company training and compliance courses, ensuring they are well-versed in company standards and policies. Other related duties may be assigned as needed, making adaptability and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities important traits for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the setup and breakdown of all booth equipment and promotional material
  • Responsible for traveling to various events and locations as assigned
  • Maintains a working knowledge of Company programs, systems, services, and resorts
  • Implements and rotates promotional concepts to meet and/or exceed production goals
  • Adheres to Company approved script
  • Meets and exceeds productions standards for lead generations and sales goals
  • Targets demographic locations and events that result in lead and sales
  • Uses innovative and proper techniques and/or protocol brand design
  • Completes all required Company training and compliance courses as assigned
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of six (6) months of experience in the sales, marketing, customer service, or related field required
  • Ability to operate general office machinery (e.g., phone, computer, copy machine, fax machine, 10-key, etc.)
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills and competent in public speaking
  • Ability to take the initiative and effectively adapt to changes
  • Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance
