As a Field Operations Associate, you will compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage, and make medical device deliveries. You will inspect products and keep records of damaged, defective, shortages, movement, and expired products using computer systems. You will also check inventory records to determine product availability, and clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Conferring with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries, investigating customer complaints, and tracking service levels/problem-solving any discrepancies are key aspects of this role. You will work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments), and organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock received via multiple sources. Loading, unloading, or stacking containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments, and delivering equipment to customer sites and arranging merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) are also responsibilities. Additionally, you will advise your supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle.
