About the position

As a Regional Field Marketing Specialist at Johnson Controls, you will play a key role in implementing global and North American marketing strategies within the South Atlantic region. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing, you will collaborate with leaders and field sellers to drive growth through targeted campaigns, events, and customer engagement. This position supports integrated marketing plans that align with customer objectives and drive growth across all lines of business and sales channels in the region. Your responsibilities will include turning strategy into action, managing performance metrics, and continuously optimizing processes to improve results and Return on Investment. Building strong relationships with the field and becoming a trusted partner to sales is essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deploy marketing programs that support the strategic growth aspirations of the region.
  • Execute and manage integrated marketing programs including lead generation campaigns and customer events.
  • Work closely with Market General Managers and Sales Managers to improve campaign execution and sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Operations teams to deliver effective commercial programs.
  • Support the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop expertise around market opportunities and customer requirements within the region.
  • Participate in local sales efforts and collect customer feedback to inform marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business with a Marketing concentration, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in field sales, sales enablement, and/or field marketing preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to organize data effectively.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
