About The Position
Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Field Marketer to engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach. The role involves introducing remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation, with the goal of generating interest and scheduling free in-home product demonstrations. No selling is required. This position offers a stepping-stone into a career in management or sales.
Requirements
- No experience required!
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings
- Currently hiring for 12pm – 8pm shifts
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
